Hey guys,

I am trying to fix my s2000 with a weird issue, I ended up installing full race turbo kit with a AEM v1. I also swapped the stock radiator and fans with mishimoto. Now the car runs fine except the fans turn on sporadically at idle. Also when you make a complete stop (Red Light) the fans kick on and the engine shuts off 10 seconds later. I took it to a shop and they recommended going with a Kpro, while another shop I called said the fans are kicking on too late and the AEM is probably shutting the engine off in order to prevent overheating.

Is there someone here locally that has experience with AEMs that y'all would recommend? I want to verify the issue is with the AEM and not something external, before I end up switching to a kpro or other EMS options. The shop I took it to couldn't verify it was the AEM, they are just assuming its the AEM and are recommending me go with a kpro.
