Default 05'to 09' differences.

Been out a couple of short runs to help run in the car and have noticed
the steering wheel rim seems smaller.
the windows and roof move together when the roof button is operated.
the wind deflector is lower.
Anyone found anything else.?

So many many posts on this.

How could one possibly find out.....?

OK - if you promise to use the SEARCH button next time....

09 has revised suspension settings, uprated springs, stiffer anti roll bars.
VSA as standard
Seat is higher than roll hoop.
Seat has no hole in the middle
Seat has stiffer support
And I suspect something has changed to make VTEC sound louder. A few people commented on it since I posted and taken them out for a drive.

Edit - 09 also has DBW - so throttle response is smoother.

Gaspode is not the 09 model similair a lot in terms of ride quaility an cornering ability to the 02/03 model i.e. harsher than 04-07 models?

Yes it is. Maybe even earlier models IIRC.

My 07 was very "rolly" in corners.

In fact the handling is much better in the 09, so much so - I sold all of my Cusco ARB's, and bracing.

My 09 is purely stock - and it handles better than the 07.

Right but in terms of the actual wishbones and location of wishbones on the chassis, the 09 is still different to the 03?

I couldn't swear to it.
Needs someone more spanner monkey than me who could spot it.

But the car is night and day from the 07.
It is a lot more fun in the twisties.

Oh.. and with VSA - I read somewhere that the steering rack is different. Can't recall where.

The windows and roof have always moved together, haven't they?

Rear of 09 is different to 99-03 but the same as 04-on.
