Default 4 wheel allignment

Just booked my my02 in for 4 wheel allignment next week. Handling is fine at the minute but the rear tyres are wearing far too quickly (to quickly to be caused by my driving style) so getting the suspension allignment checked.

I know siezed bushes are common but how common? Is it almost certain? 10% chance? 50% chance? Has anyone not had siezed bushes?

There is no rhyme or reason to if they will be seized or not. Chris Franklins experience of 120 odd S2000's has not given any stats as to what age/mileage or condition is common. Very random.

Hence LTB's rather helpful reply above

I'd say that is better odds than a seized bush.
I would guess at least one of the front castor adjusters is seized
BTW are the rear wearing unevenly side to side or just on the inside edge of each tyre

just checked my rear tyres again not much life in themand ive done less miles than i though i do rag it but that does seem excessive, 11k was about the death on a front set on the type R even with a lot of spirited driving

So how many miles did you get out of them
And is the wear uneven from drivers to passengers side?
