Lefty losy - righty tighty

IIRC undo the lock nut, wind the threaded body out to take up slack (not too tight) tighten lock nut

Mikey
Can you post up a pic or 2?

From having a quick look at Pip's car on the Ricky run.

The outer body of the throttle cable is attached to engine using 2 nuts.
The inner cable connects to the throttle... but doesn't seem easily removable.

Any hints?

There should be two nuts, with the mount inbetween.

Undo both nuts, move, re-do them up.

Undo the front one
Tighten the back one with out rotating the collar to move the threaded collar back and tighten the cable
Tighten the front one to lock it back up!
Let me see if I can find a pic!

Ask him what it takes, for a service on the car?

He might exchange a service for a service
