Default Advice on timing chain replacement

Hi guys, haven't posted on here in ages. Just after a bit of advise if anyone can help? I reconditioned my tct ages ago and it did help a little, it started clicking again so I decided to put a new one on, it carried on rattling, I've been advised to replace the chain, and rails, which is fine.
Was wondering how much everyone would expect to pay? I've had a quote form a local garage which was roughly £500 for the parts and £200 for labour which I thought the labour charge seemed good! Just the parts seem expensive, he said there isn't any aftermarket kits and has to be Honda parts which is why they cost a fair bit. Thanks for any input.

there's a very useful post in the new "Forum Favourites" sticky here, which gives some links to how I did it: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/108...t__p__23173842

I saved a lot by importing the parts from the USA, unfortunately, this is trickier than it used to be.

Mines sounding like a tractor, will be looking at importing one of these soon:

Only found positive feedback on the forums from it.
