Default AEM CAI V2

Hi

im running an 06 non DBW model.

Im trying to find where i can get an AEM CAI V2 from, but am getting confused by ram lengths and other settings etc.

What im looking for is the CAI that will give increased bhp and reduce heat soak by being placed in front of the radiator....
What model nmumber am i looking for? im struggling to differentiate between them.
Also who can supply these in the UK, or must i order from Japan / US?
Links to suppliers would be incredibly useful thanks!

If it helps, I have the same MY as you and went for an AEM V2 intake.

Try Stevie at Eight Speed.

Does that include postage to mainland Uk, and how easy is it to fit, any cutting of bonnet etc.

Thanks

No bonnet cutting

You need to cut a little hole behind the bumper liner.

There's a DIY in the 'Under The Hood' forum. Well worth it.

is there really such thing?
i thought all S2000's from 2006 and on are DBW and ASM/ESP....

AEM v2 works for all years.
on my MY07 i had to drill a hole for the IAT sensor - but this is easy.
according to OBD2 reader intake temps have dropped by 12-15 degr while cruizing and close to 30 degr in standing traffic.
