Default air filter

Hi , I got a second hand induction kit of a 99 s2k.

I have a 06 s2k, is there any difference ?

There is only two holes in the new pipe so there is a sensor left over with no hole for it?

HELP !

Thanks

Was thinking of that but i would need a rubber bung or something to stop it from falling out .And the small pipes on the car are very short may need longer ones ?

the sensor is for air temp, its located on the manifold pre 04 cars. Dont run it without this fitted.

How were you. You can buy a new one for $90

In general you should be OK with the oem small pipes as long as you keep the metal hardline assembly in place. if you take them off just be sure to get them connected the right way round afterwards.

Get a thick rubber grommet that will take the temp sensor and drill the intake to fit, if in doubt have a look at the instructions for the k&N FIPK on their website, that's how they do it for the MY06 onwards.
