Mine are starting to do this too - in fact I think I've got corrosion on the wheels themselves, although it's not too bad at the moment.

For some reason I understood that only the pre-04 wheels corroded, but obviously I was wrong!

 

At least your are still in manufacturers warranty so dont leave it too late to make a claim.

Definitely get yours changed before your warranty expires Alex. I'm waiting for mine to get worse before I can claim, but at least I have another year on the warranty left
