Default Another weekend of jobs.

Today has started well.

New brake slider pins fitted to the EP3 to replace the ones I knicked for the S2000. A nice easy job to start the day with and all done.

Next on the list is a gearbox oil change for the S2000 but I need a helper to wake up first to fill the funnel while I crawl around under the car. I can get the car onto axle stands while I wait for someone to rise.

Front bumper to be swapped for a better condition OE one I got off eBay. Then mine can wait for my splitter to arrive before going off to be smoothed and sprayed.

Calipers all to be painted with another coat of black. The jet wash hasn't been kind to them.

Then it's a damn good clean and set to work with the clay bar before polish and wax. All by hand though unfortunately, I've been putting that job off for a while as I don't have a machine.

If there's time left after that I'll whip the bonnet off and get the next 2 vents cut.

Busy weekend again.

Anyone else have any tinkering planned?

Not as such, however I quite like the look of vents on the oem bonnet. If someone who has had success in doing theirs, wants to do mine then I'd be happy to pay for their services....

Colour coded and fitted the OEM Jazz washer jets at about 7am this morning, very pleased!
Had a new rear toe eye cover to fit as the old one was a little warped and out of sync with the bumper, so that's now fitted.

I hoped the ebay special OEM style rear spoiler would have arrived from afar, but alas no sign of it.

Now off to get some custom made wedding rings ordered and then onto Suzuki for a test drive of the new Swift Sport ( missed my Toyota test drive last week ) then home brewery kit is going up

Today is the first chance I,ve had to get rid of the muck and grime from last Sundays Druid Run .

Good thing the hose pipe ban is no longer in force

Where in the country are you? It's easier than you'd think.

Gearbox oil changed, old bumper off, badge swapped and stopped for a coffee.

Then it's grills and headlamp washers to swap, new bumper on and onto the caliper painting.

Then it's the wash/wax before popping out for a few hours to "test" everything.

And the sun is shining. What better way to spend a weekend.

I'm in Berkshire mate. I'd not only be looking for someone to cut the vents but to fit the mesh as well.

Oh my custom decals for my spoiler plates arrived this morning so spent a little time putting them on. They look much better than the stock decals.

I'm suppost to be doing a service on my S this weekend, all depends if the postman can get what I need to me soon enough! I got my gearbox fluid yesterday, still waiting on my oil filter and spark plugs!

Bumper done, looks much better now. The usual mix of rusty snapped bolt made the job much longer than it needed to be.

The gear change is silky smooth with the redline oil.

Now to play dads taxi and drop the youngest at roller disco and then it's out with the wash mitt and soapy water.
