Default Another year, another MOT

98k miles. 11 years old and sailed through another MOT with no advisories. Once the tax runs out at the end of the month, it will be SORN'd until some time next year. Still good fun and still enjoyable with the roof down on the way to and from work in the dark, if it isn't hoofing it down tomorrow and Monday it will get its last 2 runs of the year

What, the one that you started with ONE reply? Hardly a trending thread now is it.

Just in case anyone else is missing out.

I'm surprised that people what to celebrate an MOT pass , it should go with out saying that a car should pass, if it doesn't then that is down to poor maintenance, it should be a thread for my car failed it's MOT then i would shocked,

This is true, I'm assuming that we are all enthusiasts on here. All enthusiasts should look after their cars anyway.

Ha - don't you believe that for a second. If that was the case, there wouldn't be so many spanked ones due to 'S2000 Diesel' or half the ones running around on ditch finders / dodgy suspension etc etc.

Enthusiast on here or other forums is no indicator of quality care and attention. If you want your car well cared for, its usually better off in the hands of someone that knows what they are doing, not someone that thinks they do.

There may only be one reply on it but you could of been the 2nd causing others to follow suit.

Would stop the monthly "i passed my mot look at me im amazing someone harvest my spunk for a better human race" thread.

No it won't and that's a fact. Much like spelling and grammar will never improve, t here'll always be threads like this and that's because the one you started isn't any cooler / more interesting
