Default Anyone bought a battery recently?

Has anyone bought a battery recently for their S2000? I've just been quoted a price of £85 including VAT for one which looks a bit pricey in comparison to prices people have paid here but some of the threads I've been looking at are a bit old.

The part number he gave me was 31500S3NG52. Is this the correct battery for a 2001?

Not sure about the part no or the price. Have a look on Eurocarparts and see if they have something?

I wanted to stick with an OEM part as I've heard it's a good battery. Anyone else?

I found the OEM battery to be competitive in price. Cheaper than Halfords, in fact.

If you want a good battery at Honda prices have a look at the AGM technology ones.
Lighter, better cranking AMPs and more reliable.

I had to replace mine about a year ago and it was 70 odd quid from Weybridge Honda.
