Anyone managed to contact Hardtopguy recently
I placed an order with HTG last week for a fitting kit, ordered it with 2-3 day Fed-Ex delivery and can see the payment has been taken on my credit card.
I've not heard a peep from them on the shipment of my kit, the status says 'processed' on my online account as it did the moment I placed the order.
I've sent emails and PM'd HTG from this forum and not had any reply, just contacted Fed-Ex and they have nothing booked in under my name.
Has anyone been in touch with them recently? I'm getting concerned about my order now and would like to know what is going on.

I think something needs to be done about this.
It's certainly not the first time posts like this have appeared, and I had similar lack of communiction when I wanted to order something.

I wish I'd have seen that thread before I placed the order.
If they can't supply the goods on time they should make it clear there is a delay, I'm p*ssed that my money has been taken now on parts I may have to wait weeks for, not replying to communication is
I think this site needs to pull the advertising from this crew until the service is as should be expected.

I ordered some badges and stuff on 12th may. I've only managed to get him twice despite many mails. He only responded when I said I would cancel and speak to my card company about getting money back.
My stuff is "shipping" although I don't know when cos he's stopped replying again.
Should be here by Christmas I reckon....

All I know is that Jeff travels around a LOT and doesn't reply to emails well at the moment. People recommend calling him (I know for us it is an international number).
It's not the first time I have heard this issue though, previously when I have contacted him he's sorted things out.
Suffice to say the goods always arrive, I've never heard of them not turning up.

Jeff is a really nice guy. All i know is that he is extremely busy at the moment. If people will give him time he will catch up with the orders. On the other hand he should have closed his shop for a while to do that.
So all i can say is only order from him if you are not in a rush to receive goods
