Default Anyone ordered from Hardtopguy.com ?

Hi.

I ordered some stuff online on the 12th via google checkout from Hardtopguy site. There are no status updates on Google checkout yet and he's not replied to my last mail from last week so I've just sent another.

I'll probably give them a ring tomorrow but has anyone else had experience with them? Is this normal?

Thanks

Gary

There was a recent thread of a similar nature. Your questions may be answered by searching for that thread and having a read.

He's a member on here too, so a PM is another way to contact him.

Doh!

Used the search loads of times recently with great success and hailed its merits but never thought to search for something non-technical.....

It's my age.

Anyway, thank you very much.

Cheers guys.

Customs charges are fair enough. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose...

It'd just be nice to get a "We've shipped" or an "It's delayed because..." email or something just so I know what's going on.

Alternatively, ordered an intake from PRM earlier this week and have had status emails at every step of the way and even some dyno graphs to keep me amused while waiting for it. I'm now checking the tracking website every few mins to find out where it is on it's merry journey. A truly great customer experience and I've not even had the product yet!
