Default Anyone tried Rick's Leather Headrest?

Has anyone ordered anything from Ricks Signature Accessories?

I was interested in the headrests & the wind deflector. The headrests seem to be very exensive if the price is just for one head rest.

Any opinions?

Peter

Quite a few guys have got console covers and shift boots off Rick, I think Cedric has a set of the headrests. I've been thinking of getting a set of red ones but last time I checked his site wasn't taking orders for them I'll probably save up a bit (lot!) longer and get them along with the console cover...

Hi Peter,

Was tempted by a couple of things. The headrests I like the idea of as I have the top down all the time as long as it is not raining. The only thing I was not sure about was in the picture they appear to come out quite far, would of prefered a more flush fitting
Also might buy a knob sock (unfortunate name over here ) as it is beginning to get a bit colder now. Quite expensive on the shipment front though - about $35 for the knob sock!

Nope... haven't got the headrests, but if No2 son ever gets round to finishing my aeroscreen, I think Rick's headrests might complete the windblocking solution!

No info on the headrests, but I have been thinking about a console cover for a while (having said that, I appear to be the only S2000 owner who quite likes the carpet finish on the console/ tunnel).

Are there any saving to be made if we arrange a group buy for a 'mixed bag' of Rick's stuff I wonder????

If there are enough people interested might it be worth trying to get a group-buy discount off Rick for UK members? It may only get a saving on shipping or something but even that might be worth it....

I'll PM Rick to see what the score is vis-a-vis head rest pricing.

Sorry Ian our posts crossed! I'm barred from a console cover at the moment as my better half loves the carpet console, you are not alone...

I'm still in two minds about a leather one but Andy W's very positive feedback is tempting me...

I'm just about to take delivery of a pair of custom made headrests from a guy in L.A.

I didn't go for Rick's (a) because Rick's seem to be a push fit only and (b) because Rick doesn't do perforated leather. I wanted mine to be thief proof and also Iwanted to have a plain outer and perforated centre, to match the seats.

I should have had them by now but there was a misunderstanding about the design (my fault) - but the guy has been very accommodating I must say. Can't do enough to please.

When I get them fitted I'll post pics.

Don't worry; you're not alone. I prefer the carpet finish too!

Excuse me, but there's one other pervert here who quite likes the carpet on the centre console.

Having said that having seen Rick's cover in MattRs's silver/red, I like that as well. I suppose it just doesn't bother me enough to change it. I think it looks warm with the carpet!
