Default AP2 SVA'd ?

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2006-Honda-S2000-GT-...1QQcmdZViewItem

So there is an AP2 from japan wearing an english reg plate. Does this mean that sva procedure has been simplified for the later revisions?

Anyone know anything about this?

btw the vendor doesnt seam to realise that should be a 2.2 with 240ish hp not 267!!

Link doesn't seem to work, or from mine either ??

I assume it's this car, but doesn't seem to say it's a 2.2

Thought S2000's were still 2.0 in Japan in 2006 ??

Do a search for S2000 GT 2006 Honda and it's the RED one

Is that a Mugen badge also ??

Someone could get a bargain if the car is legit.

I have seen 3-4 +04 JDM imports.
None have had the SVA documentation with them
MIR also have a red JDM one.
Who know they may have amended the Model Report
USDM 2.2 engine went in to 07 JDM cars.

Mikey, there is a good reason for that - the DVLA retains the SVA documentation when the car is registered. So unless the importer made a photocopy you would not have any, a (genuine) V5 is all you need to prove that it is legally registered.

Chris.
