Default ASM S2000 at Tsukuba

The mighty ASM Yokohama S2000 was the quickest N/A car at the world renowned Tsukuba Super Battle posting a time of 57.733. It finished 6th overall beating monster turbo powered Skylines, RX 7's etc. If this dosnt prove what a fantastic handling maching the S is I dont know what does !!

The ASM S2000 is awesome. But weighs next to nothing and has a Toda stroker kit to bring it up to 2.4L and a custom CPU, not to mention the aero bodykit and everything else, including an awesome driver (Hiroki Katoh)...

I reckon the rest of us might struggle to keep up...

The sacks Coilover alone used on the ASM car cost more than 10000 pounds...

The cost involved in developing that car wont be any cheaper than a BTCC car...

These cars bare zero resemblence to 99.9% of the cars on here; I suspect the chassis has had major modification as well.

Its an S2000 silhouette really; and even the silhouette is very different

No it has not!
I've seen the Tsukuba car in Japan myself:

It has a safety cage welded in of course. Plus all the braces currently available at ASM and obviuosly their entire aerokit.

Apart from that, considering the chassis itself and the suspension components (a-arms, knuckles, toe-arms) they are all stock!

Here's some FACTs, Mr. Gradgrind

*not sure I understand the title; do they mean Godzilla, or are they really stoning an extinct German car/three-wheeled truck? Yes I do now; it's bad punctuation.
