Default Audio question

Hi

About 12 years ago! I had a JVC head unit that let the volume increase on the speed (rpm) the car was doing.
My Renault Megane workhorse also has this feature

Does anyone know of a head unit available that has this feature?

While i'm here, the Ripspeed units in Halfords (small video screen)- can I use the dash controls, if so which leads would I need
Im thinking of this one for a reversing camera

cheers

My Alpine has this (CDA-9887R) but I'm not sure I've ever got it working properly.

my pioneer P7800ub (i think) has it. works from an internal mic so works better than RPM based when the roof is down.
i think it's called ASL (auto sound level) and i can vary the gain on it from off to high, and a few steps inbetween. it also works incrementally rather than an on/off operation.

my HU model is 4 years old now, so i''d expect it to be a fairly standard feature on the new mid to high-end HU's.

Fair enough

As said I did want this just to fit a rear parking camera not for the quality of the audio produced, I would have thought it be on a par with the Honda unit
