Default Aus2000 or Rick's Centre Console?????

Hi All,

I'm up for getting a leather centre console cover and I know that a number of you have already purchased and fitted them - The results look great! The problem is whether to go for the Aus200 cover or Rick's cover??? Prices are very similar, but I'm looking for your views and comments before I make my decision.

Cheers - James

Have purchased and fitted an Aus cover.

Very impressed with ordering/delivery. Aus kept in touch all the way to let me know what was happening with the order. Fitting was not as bad as I expected - the cover came with very comprehensive fitting instructions which helped!! Am very impressed with final result, it looks so much better than before and stops my centre console being a dust & fluff magnet! I can't compare with Rick's as I have not seen anybody else's console cover up close. I'll be at Box Hill if you can wait until then to see it.

About 5 weeks. Ordered 14/05 and I think I got it on the 17/06.

I was one of AusS2000's 1st UK customers - my reason for going with Aus was primarily price - at the time there was a significant price diff. between Rick and Aus.

The service I recieved was 2nd to none, and the console cover is excellent - it looks like it belongs in the car. Instalation is a bit of a faff, but straightforward enough if you take your time.

I have never seen one of Rick's covers, so can't compare. (Service recieved for my Ti Voodoo knob was excellent tho')

Damn good question - I was thinking of posting the exact same to the board but you beat me too it.

I checked for threads where this has been discussed before but can't find any direct comparisons. At the moment I think I am favouring the Aus cover, primarily because no one has had anything bad to say about it.

It was a naffing pain in the ass!!! Getting the trim clips to push home was impossible and some of them still arent all the way in!

Can anyone please tell me where I can order the AUS centre console from, and an approximate cost?
I understand from this thread that it is more popular than the Rick's console.
