Default Back to the S2000!

Well i have to say im glad to be back..

After i sold my MY00 S2000 3 years ago i was sure i was doing the right thing after owning it for 18months.

I then moved onto a Nissan 350Z, thought more power and torque.... great!! Well it lasted about 6 months before i got bored, i then moved onto an E46 M3 which was a very fast car but the running costs were crazzzy!!

So im happy to say after a long debate of what to get next i have today collected my 04 S2000 and i realised why i regretted selling my last one so much.

Ive missed it and cant wait for sun

Hello again.

Did you not have the BMW warranty on the M3?

Yes did have a warranty, however in 10 months i replaced nearly every suspension bush, 3 sets of rear tyres, disks and pads alround, front disks and pads twice and 3 geometry set ups so all down to wear and tear except for the warped disks BMW replacxed under warranty as they were only 2 months old.

Along with an inspection 2 service at

Im thinking of going to an e46 M3 after owning an e36. They do seem to go through bushes alot but at least you dont have to change the whole wishbone. This is my biggest worry on the S2000. Will Honda ever sort this out.

But apart from vanos issues I found the M3 quite reasonable to run using specialists.
