Default Basic injector fitting and cushions/o rings

Hi guys,

I need to replace the injectors as the current ones flow rate it not enough, i have some RC650's to fit but can't remember the crack about o rings and cushon rings.

Heres a picture of them, is everything i need on the injectors?, what about the cushions that sit in the intake manifold, do you reuse them or are they on the end of the injector?

In the pics A is the O ring, and B, the bottom O ring does that sit in the intake manifold/injector hole or do i need a new cushion or use the stock ones?

I have small bag of rings too, just checking i have everything. Any fitting tips/method would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Do you not need spacers for the rail to fit those?

IIRC put washer under the stud then? 3 washer each stud?

Is it best to just remove the fuel rail with injectors in, i think the manual says remove the fule pulsation damper but you dont need to?

What about the cushions that are present in the intake manifold/injector holes do i need new ones or re-use stock?

Cheers Nick.

I take it you removed the OEM cushion from the injector hole/intake manifold and put two O rings on the bottom of the metal part?

Got any pics?
