Question Bit of a disaster. Please Help!

....and of course, it rained. I now have a very wet S2000. The seats and door cards are soaked through and the electric windows aren't sounding too healthy either. The leather on the transmission tunnel's also sodden. If anyone has any advice on what I can do to sort this out, I'd be for ever greatful.
I have left it in a secure place with the engine running with the blowers on full whack. I've opened the windows and roof slightly and left the bonnet open (airbox lid on)
Thanks

Doesn't the aircon remove moisture? I know it certainly helps to clear condensation off the screen.

It may be worth leaving the car running (not unattended, of course) with the roof and windows up, the aircon turned on and the blowers on hot to see whether that helps remove the moisture.

this is one reason I never leave the roof down when the car is unattended, even when on the drive at home.

Would have thought a small dehumidifier unit (not sure of the spelling) would be your best option if everything is soaked?.. from somewhere like domindo..

But you really should check this before.. coz i'm certainly no expert on these things, just had a flooded house the one time

i left a window open on my old mr2 and drenched the passenger side. Running the car with the heater on full and the aircon on dried the interior out pretty quickly.

thanks for your super quick response guys. I'm trying to be optimistic about this. Hoping all will be fine come 5pm. I can't be with the car today due to work commitments so I have left it at the folks house running. This MUST have happened to somebody else here SURELY! or am I really as much of a numpty as I feel?!

I've never left the roof down overnight, but have noticed that it's been raining outside and then thought "oh sh*t! the car!"

Don't dry it TOO fast. Best steady and constant, leather hates water.
Soon as it is dry and it will be to touch as all the moisture will be drawn out, feed cream back into the seats, centre console, door panels and the steering wheel. You'll have to it a number of time.
If you dry too fast the leather will go brittle and crack. If at all possible let it go naturally but that could take an age.

Slow and steady, roof down and lots of air. Air con is best for moisture as it blows dry air but it can be vicious so the slower the better but I know you need it dry, remember air-con will DRY everything and the leather WILL crack when too dry.

The carpets can take full heat but I'd even suspect they won't like that all day, better to be warm that hot, it will dry out, the time taken will effect the results!

You are brave to leave your car overnight with the roof down.

Good Luck
