Bit of a (small) result
I took my car into Bristol Honda (who I have not been too complimentary about in the past
) last week, as I noticed, while cleaning, that 2 centre caps were showing a tiny bit of corrosion. My warranty ran out 3 1/2 months ago, which I told them, but as a good will gesture I figured it was worth a try. While I was there I also pointed out a very small (approx 10mm) mark on one of the alloys, right in the concave bit (I tend to work on the reasoning 'if you don't ask, you don't get'
).
The guy who took photos said I'd be very lucky to get anything, and I was expecting to be told to take a running jump-BUT, I got a call back from them saying if I pay for the centre caps, they'll pay for the wheel
, so I get 2 new cap PLUS a wheel, for the price of the caps
So a (very reserved, for now)
for Bristol Honda, and Hondas warranty dept.
