Default Blue Bulbs - Advice please

After seeing the pictures of DJ Qube stook from the front, I am trying to decide what replacement bulbs to put in the side lights, the indicators and the full beams.

I like the idea of the blue, but have also seen silver bulbs as well?

Do not like the side lights and full beams being yellowish, when the HID's are so white.

Has anybody seen these in the shops? What sort of prices are they going for?

Anthony

lol, Pete (PWE896) and I have just splashed out on some PIAA Platinum super white Xenon main beam upgrades, they are suposed to be the closest colour match to HIDs and offer a brighter light (100W equivalent) to boot

Indicators are a bit tougher, following the advice of the Aussie guys I'm going to give my amber bulbs a very light coat of silver paint (supposed not to really affect the bulbs brightness) to get rid of the amber colour out of the front lights.

I've seen blue side light bulbs made by Philips but don't know if they offer them in the UK in the right type of fitment...

I'm on my second set of replacements. I had to change the 130w's due to unforseen circumstances. They were very good - not white light, but masses of light. I'm now running uprated Phillips bulbs -

Do you need to change anything else - fuse etc. for the new bulbs?

Depends on what bulbs you put in. The uprated Phillips bulbs I'm running now are 55w like stock, but are more efficient. So it's just a case of changing the bulbs.

Don't suppose you know exact order details so I can go and get them? (time / motion thing, honest, not being lazy )
