Default Brake Caliper Seals

I took my S in for it's 99,000 mile service on Monday & was told that the nearside rear caliper was sticking. So I've taken the caliper off & cleaned up the piston (could do with a new piston really). The outer dust seal has also seen better days. Can you get seal kits & pistons or do you have to buy the complete caliper? Any idea of prices?

I'd be suprised if you could get just the piston. Are they that bad? Mine looked okay.

Cant you clean the piston up with some very fine wet and dry?

I did that years ago with some help from a friend on my Opel Manta and it seemed to sort the calipers out.

Yep, that's what I did, but the chrome has pitted. I'm sure it will be fine for now but if I replace the seals I may as well put in new pistons, if they don't cost too much.
