Brakes - New discs & pads - Which ones?
Hi all,
My apologies to ask a question that no doubt has been asked before, however although I've read quite a few threads I could with some clarity. I'm looking to replace my OEM disks & pads in the next few days & looking for advice as to which ones to buy. I don't track the car & if I'm honest I don't drive it to it's potential on the road either; I know. Please could you help advise the best place / parts to buy that would meet my needs? More than likely I'll be replacing the fronts only at this time, but I may do the rears also depending on price. Thank you for reading my thread. Cheers |

The Honda pads are fine for road use, and pretty cheap from Si at Hendy https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/852...-parts-thread/ Avoid Tegiwa as their brake prices are a rip-off. For discs, pretty much anything will do from Euro Car Parts, Brakeparts.co.uk |
Ok superb thank you - Discs wise I should be fine.
Any alternatives to the OEM pads if I can't get any in time from Si? |
We have the DIXCEL ES pads in stock ready for shipping.

Are Cox Motorparts any good?
They're doing OEM front pads for £40 (Hendy at £62) |
Burn!
I had assumed they would be overkill for how I use the car? |

Thumbs up for Cox - I got my OEM discs & pads from there for a good price.
