Default Car Pulling To The Left & Right

On the way to work this morning I noticed that when accelerating my car pulled to the right. Upon decelerating it pulled to the left. It was fine under braking.
It was still the same after around 10 mins of driving.
Weather was icy, and snowing.

Any idea's?

How icy and snowy was it, and how hard were you accelerating?

Tyre pressures would be the first thing to check.

Not sure of the temp. minus something.

Wasn't accelerating hard as it was icy all the way. I was even noticing it when changing gear at low revs.

Will check the tyre pressures on the way home tonight.

It was fine on the way home last night. Would the tyre any problem be exaggerated by the cold weather?

Cold tyres and uneven grip during acceleration?

Tyres wouldn't have had a chance to warm up.

That's my point - mine is a bit "skaty" in the cold weather for a little while until things warm up

This was really obvious though, and could have been dangerous with it being so slippery. As I said, the back end was squirming on gear changes.

I agree with Dreamer, mine is like that too, I noticed it driving late last night for the first 5-6 miles
