Caught speeding!
A girlfriend of a work colleague of mine was dropping her mate off on the way to work the morning after a night out, lost it on a bend and hit a tree. Nobody else involved but the poor passenger was killed in the accident. She was breathalysed and found to be over the limit from the night before. She ended up in prison and has never really been the same ever since the whole ordeal. Absolutely terrible situation for all concerned.
It really woke me up to the dangers of 'next day' driving.

Whilst on the topic of speeding noticed Durham traffic police (in Darlington) on Saturday using an unmarked BMW 3 series, dark grey/silver.
