I had an idea today, do you think the vent bulges and front bulge could be cut off the seibon and grafted to a hacked about standard bonnet.

Yep a decent bodyshop would be able to mould them in but may crack with any twisting within the bonnet.

I had the same, its just the bonnet catch that needs lowering and moving to the right as you look at it.....

Mine was fine after this....

Oh, is that why the catch on the bonnet was bent to the right a bit, guess what, I straightened it up as I hate seeing wonky things.

I'll try again at the weekend, its all got to come off again anyway.

I also used washers under one side of the bonnet catch to give it that 'wonky' look.

after market bonnets are a nightmare , they will never fit right how ever hard you try , took me ages to get my RX bonnet right!.
