Default CFL Honda

Hi,

I have ordered some parts from CFL Honda in the US, I put the order in on the 12th and the status says processing (paynent has been taken)

I have attempted to email them 4-5 times as I had to put a US state as part of my UK address and gave always had emailed bounced back.
I used their contact form on the website to send the emails.

Does anyone have any contact details for them? As I don't really want to phone internationally

Or any previous experience of their service.

Thanks

I emailed them before Xmas about a hardtop fitting kit but like you had no response from the first or second emails - I even opened an account and used their internal email system. I worked on the pricipal that if they couldn't be bothered to respond then I couldn't be bothered to use them and placed my order with Hondapartsnow.com who have been fine although a little slow with the Xmas period - however they don't ship anywhere other than the US but fortunately I have a brother in law there .

Wayne - cfl are on the owners club. Try and pm them from there.
I remember when i ordered off them and had to send them a pm to remind them about it.
Your order could also be being held up in uk customs??

FWIW, I ordered some parts from the last year, got the same payment processing status/message.

About 10 days later they emailed me with estimated postage to the UK and asked me if I still wanted to proceed - I didn't given that there would be no difference between buying here with the postage taken into consideration, replied as much and the order was cancelled next day, no payment ever taken.

i ordered few times from them.
always worked great.
last order was 2 months ago.
i phoned them once about 1.5 years ago.

it's a dealership - so i'm surprised that nobody answers the phone.
this all smells like they're out of business - but i don't see this happening for a dealership...
