I'm gonna get on with fixing my suspension ready for alighment and summer driving

, i can free off or cut all the bolts etc, but i don't know what i need to get the bushes out of the arms, can they be burned out or is a press needed and if a press is needed what tonnage is needed?

You can burn them out, but it will take ages. eSem has a press that you can buy, he used a 10 ton...

Speak to Rob at Garge R 01226295555 , or just get him to do it, he has all the equipment to do it, as its a very hard job to DIY.

From what I've read it's on a par with getting your missus to invite her best mate over for an evening of strip poker...

I've searched lots on this and read many threads and have come to the conclusion I'm gonna let someone else do it. And that's not something I do lightly.

lol i like a challenge, i'm glad i don't want to use it till may

i'm gonna order in some plusgas and a reciprocating saw

i'll contact eSem about his press looks like chris at cog uses a 10t
