Funny I've just noticed this myself and thought someone was wanting to chat with me. I'm not as popular as I thought

Are chatrooms not a tad old-fashioned?

Chatrooms defeat the objective of a forum.

They complement it. Back in the day most big sites had an IRC chat room as well as a forum and it was great

Chat rooms are for quick/casual/rubbish chat to pass time when bored with the few people in the room at that time.

Forums are for proper discussions/threaded conversations directed at everyone.

We have an off topic and muppets section for that already.

I guess it'll be somewhere for some of the older owners to groom some of the new younger ones

I nearly posted about this this morning. One minute it has a 3 against it, then it has a 4? I click on it and it says I don't have access!

What are the different numbers for?

I guess the numbers are for how many people are online?

Lets me log in, might be a paid only feature?
