I filled up with Optimax for 98.9 on Tuesday.

Filled the beater with unleaded at 93.5.

Both at Shell.

So, the protest's not been effective then?

A surprise trade war between the biggies and the indies and the OPEC CEO has called Golden Brown a prat for accusing OPEC of being solely responsible for the surging oil prices!

Excellent!

Avoided the crisis by not filling up this week - filled up on Sunday night and I used the BMW during the week - 40-ish mpg is a handy thing when people are running filling stations dry (managed about 460 miles on one tank )
