Exactly, clearly set the dash to read in KM. If it were Mph then, seeing the rated the numbers were going up, he would have to have something like 4/5/600 bhp to accelerate that quick, however clearly not as the revs were building up at a normal rate.

Never mind that the A56 is in Manchester, not London. also note the speeds at which gear changes are made. Definitely kph.
