Thumbs up Cleaning My "new" S2000.

Well "new" to me... I am now the proud owner of a MY02 Nurburgring Blue (no quips please!) S2000.

I'm now thinking of keeping it clean and polished.

Is the recommendation that I use Zaino Products? I've found the distributor in Germany for Zaino. I'm just wondering which products I need!

I think I need:

Zaino Bros

nothing better than Zaino IMHO

you need:

Z2, 5, 6, 7, (9 & 10 for leather), 18, ZFX any applicators will do, dont need the zaino ones necessarily, i prefer foam ones.

Also i wouldnt buy from the guy in Germany he is WELL overpriced. Buy from Canada - Zaino himself wont ship from USA, but theres a few guys in Canada who will. I will post contact details soon - actually they are on a Note in the Wash and Wax Forum

You can never go over the top when it comes to car cleaning

I would add P21S as per the other thread to the end There are lots of product out there, but Zaino seems to be the most widely used on the site, but also consider:

Zymol (good and expensive)
Meguiars (good and great value)
Swissol (heard good things, never used)
AutoGlym (cheap and does the job, but not as easy as the more expensive products)

If you were to see the car cleaning products that AB and Rahula own and even the amount I have acquired your list looks very small

The Clear vue stuff is very good, I use it. Show us the pics when its done.

Now the Zaino fans....

Auto Glym takes a fair amount of bashing on this board and yes it does require a decent amount of time compared to Zaino but considering it's availabilty, economy of price and documentation to help you apply it, until I get my hands on some Zaino for a relatively sensible price I'm happy with AG stuff.

The issue with Zaino i have is distribution. They only want one distributor in Europe and it's an oiver-priced guy in Germany FFS! Otherwise we have to wait for group buys or, thankfully, someone like AE knowing where a link is.
