Default Clutch Is Slipping

I have an 04 S

I have fitted evo 5's to the car and just finished 1000 miles.

If I try to pull away in 1st quickly over 6500 rpm the clutch just slips
and will continue if you move straight to 2ns gear. Lots of noise and no accleration.

The wheels? Or another problem.

Any thoughts would be appreciated

Pulling away at 6500rpm in 1st? Isn't that proper wheelspinning territory? One question, why?

Yeah no bloody wonder. Poor car. New tyres and that many revs sounds like burn out to me.

I expect you'll find that at 6,500 on evo 5s with presumably F1s on them, that you will make a lot of noise and not go very far due to the fact that you are melting your tyres on the tarmac.

Mr Ralston even has a certificate to prove this.
