F1, XTR and Exedy are all good brands. If your making stock power stay with oem clutch just get a lightweight flywheels but if your got breathing mods and want to get it tuned get stage1 clutch.

If you are making stock power like MPS2000 said stay with the OEM clutch. Superior quality than the others i believe. If you want to upgrade go for the ACT pressure plate and stock disc. Good up to 350whp and stock feeling on the clutch pedal . I have the 6 puck ACT clutch which holds perfectly in the 565whp but is making a light buzzing sound when i free up the gas pedal with a gear enganged and it has a bit heavy clutch pedal feel. Unfortunately you cannot have the best of 2 worlds at this power level

the few off us with f1 would disagree. I certainly wont be buying another one.

id go with oem or major branded clutch.

I never had F1 on my s2k so I don't know but I had one on my B18C which ran perfectly hence I mentioned F1

IMO you don't need an after-market clutch when N/A tuned, the clutch 'appears' to be rated around 200lb ft torque (at the wheel) according to the yanks. I would however get an after-market one if you were to rag the shit out of the car and punish the clutch, or plan to run big power.

I have an SC on my car and stock clutch but i don't abuse the clutch, its been fine for 18months.
