just lukin at buyin these lads are they any gud the spring rate is 6kg and 8kg is that gud what does it mean? thanks in advance.

i mean good. are the coilovers good for the s2000. and are the spring rates better lower or higher

Lower = softer, better on UK roads.
Higher = harder, better on the track.

I think 6kg / 8kg are good for UK roads. Japanese settings are a lot stiffer and a nightmare.

Have a search for a "Nitrons" thread. All the spring rates are mentioned in there.

Since there's no indication of make or quality, i'll hazard a guess and say no1 will know where to get these from cheaper or otherwise. If it's price specific to the type of product then I can't see many coilovers being cheaper...better but not cheaper

Spring rates look a good compromise.

As for actual quality of the damper, who knows?

You buy cheap you usually get cheap.


If it was me I'd pay for branded set of coilers or I won't bother messing with the "S"'s most important area.
