Guys

dunno if u r interested, just got mine sprayed up, to match car... the bumper apparantly need to be removed to extract b4 painting...

Neil

How well does the paint stick to the plastic of the washers ?

I always imagined that it might flake off easily like you see on dodgy bodykits sometimes

well it appears to be fine and these boyz are approved Honda bodyshop etc etc. they just said no to painting the rubber seal as that will flake.

If you're gonna do this I think it would be better to remove them altogether, and get the holes gobbed up.

Not sure if there is a legal requirement for washers on HID's tho

I thought that they had to be there in order to get UK regulatory approval, but that no one's been done for not having them?

Would they check that sort of thing come MOT time?

Not worrying about MOT's for a while yet, but I know wot you mean.

Spraying is only half a job. They look $hite and should be extracted like a rotten tooth

or you could buy a black car like me, have the fastest colour as well as not having to worry about painting them black. :-)

I have to say, I sort of like them - they make the car look more aggressive at the front.

Without them the nose almost looks too smooth to me, like the SSM concept.

is that like sm or is that a pissed m &s? i only ask cos one of my mates is the lingerie buyer for thus ans she has just got home after tipping cury all oev rmy carpte. bloody drunken woemen, juts cant hold their liquour................ unlike us bokes.
