Default Is this common ...

Took the S in for it's first MOT on Saturday morning and they came out afterward with the docs saying " Here you go, it passed with no problems and that's free of charge on MOTs for life (of the car presumably, not mine!) as you bought it via us" .......

all honda cars brought second hand (from honda) have free MOT's as long as you own the car..

and my 2001 never failed ever.. and i wouldn;t expect them too (unless a wiper blade or something).

Bloody dealer never told me that, I went to my local MoT place and paid for it (yes, not for the first time etc etc).

Passed fine though, as I'd expect a 3 year old car to do tbh.
