Coolant does not circulate in engine!
Anyone had a similar problem to this?
Fitted an AEM V2 CAI yesterday, however after filling the coolant back up (bypass pipe requires it) I then started the engine and checked if all was ok, I then noticed the top pipe to the radiator gets very hot after a while when the bottom pipe didn't (no heat from heaters either), also cooling fan did not turn on due to the sensor being at the bottom of the rad where its cold.
Then emptied the coolant out and tried to do as in the workshop manual only I cannot find the bleed cap from the heater bypass tube (section 10-8), filled up and let air out of the other cap (the air bleed bolt next to corner of engine block) but did not circulate water.
Today I just dismantled the water pump and found that to in perfect condition so out of ideas.
Any ideas?
Andy

You need to look at what you have altered when fitting the AEM. You havent fitted a vac line to one of the little coolant ones or anything? Its been a while since I took my airbox off so not sure if you have to fiddle with them.
