Hello,

I need some help in chosing which coolent to use. I know that the S uses 6.5ltrs and its 50-50 mix with coolent & water.

1.) Which brand of coolent is recomended / good brand?

2.) I understand that some coolent come pre-mixed and some you need to mix it yourself. I live in a hardwater area, if i mix tap water would that lead to limescale problem inside the engine? or would it be best to use battery water to mix with coolent instead?

I just bought some Honda coolant, pre-mixed, no fuss just tip it in

 

Honda stuff for me.

 

I think it's Honda Type II as well.
