Default CTL refund update

Below is a copy of my recent e mail sent to Aaron tonight.
I just want to update everyone and let them know what a bunch of weasels these people really are. After promising to send me a cheque, (which never turned up !) and then last week promising to send by bacs transfer, (not done!) .

CTL Performance are a pathetic excuse for a company and I hope that as many people as possible read this and understand who they are dealing with.

Aaron , you are a deceitful , manipulative liar and one of the poorest excuses of a business person I have ever dealt with.
You have lied about our transaction and despite the endless attempts, that I and others have made to get you to repay what you owe, you continue to lie and manipulate.

I hope all the people that read this will pass on the message to other forums and web sites to let them know that CTL Performance and Aaron Yates cannot be trusted and should never be dealt with under any circumstances.

Aaron ,
This is now getting very silly ,
I have still not received the money ??

Where is it ?

If you sent a bacs transfer it would take up to 3 working days
You say you sent it on Friday at 4.30 pm

Today is three working days after that.
I havent received it.

Unless you can get some bank confirmation
To say that the payment has been sent I will instruct my
Solicitors in the morning to issue proceedings against
You and your company for the full amount owed to me.

Weirdly I was wondering where this was up to on the way home from work today.

Hope the legal route works for you.

Quick update from this evening, another e mail from the weasel.
Just how many different ways can you make excuses for not paying money that you owe someone ?
I have been buying spares for other projects I have going on, from all over the globe. I have made all manner of different payments to people , not one of which has caused any trouble at all.
Weasel, as you shall now be known, has managed to dream up the most complicated set of lies and downright bullshit I have ever heard come from the mouth of someone claiming to be in business.
Weasel I simply dont believe a single word you write or say.

(Received 6.43pm tonight by e.mail)

Nick,

Please be aware BACS takes anything from 3-5days.

Please make us aware when its showing in your account.

Regards

As much as I agree now that he is a lying weasel, it is true that BACS payments can take longer than three days.

Small claims is a pretty easy route cost around £70, I wouldn't bother with solicitors myself, just make sure you keep good records of everything said including telephone conversations.
