Default Custom Carbon Bits :)

Hi All
Thought I Would share some of my latest carbon bits with you all...

First we did a carbon heat plate for behind the radiators, as the standard GReddy kit comes with a piece of ali plateI thought I could improve this by making is wider to cover the whole of the rad making it look alot cleaner...

this now is the whole width on the engine bay, I also had the password JDM front panel so I wanted the new carbon to match with this and it really does look nice!

Next up was time for the front bumper, I am trying to keep it looking as standard as possible on the outside but try and get the temps down a little, after no real success on anything online I decided to cut oput the original blanking plates in the bumper and make some carbon ducts from this I can take some tubing into the bay or even to the brakes!

as you can see if you didnt really know an S2000 you wouldnt even notice them

Before anyon asks yes these are completly made from carbon fibre

the hardest part of the whole process was creating the molds for it, now this is done I can make these again fairly easy so if your interested maybe one day ill become a trader

The carbon raidator panel is really good - i like that.

Have you ducted the air from the front air dams anywhere in particular?

looks good..

however I would change the radiator expansion bottle as the white plastic looks a bit out of place with all of the metal and carbon..particularly with the red pipe running to it.

The ducts aren't connected to anything yet as the bumper is coming off in a couple of weeks for some body work, so it will be taken up to the engine bay and might split to go to the brakes as well
