Default DBW or not

I'm just curious to some of the things that you look for if you were going to buy an S2K. I actually wish I'd bought an older car so I could turbo/supercharge but instead have a DBW car and have to wait. Mine was imacculate, just Honda serviced, clean and no curbed alloys plus new tyres all round. 9000 for miles for 18K last March.

Apart from that I uber happy and the lack of hard top has not been any problem through the winter.

Ditto - If I knew then what I know now I'd probably go for a late 05 but I do like the cosmetic features in the MY06 -07

I like te 2006 DBW interior mods... The wheels I am 50/50 on... Not too bothered if they bring out a Turbo for it or not.. I would rather a bike engined westfield type car for the money. Or I would buy another bike.

The only problem I have with DBW is mine hasn't got traction control. And the racelogic one wont work!

If you wanted to mod it then DBW is not the year to go for... I have just done suspension mods, hardtop and put a good stereo in. Job done!

I asked Scott about this the otherday. He told me that Mase brought a test rig to try on his car but couldn't get around the immobiliser so it looks like we are still playing the waiting game unfortunately......

Chris.

Mase forgot to switch off the immobiliser on his test rig. He'll have a shot again at Euromeet on Scotts car. I don't imagine for a second that it will be impossible, in fact I doubt it will be much different from previous jobs, just a little effort to get it figured out.

I'm right there with the traction control, I remember saying to the guy, VSA? car's not really about that is it.... shame really. With an ECU reflash it may be possible to handle the racelogic kit but then again, the cars not really about that is it
