phone call to Gordon's Wigan 'hello, I'm after a bottle of 'Supagard' shampoo do you have any in stock?' voice 'hello sir this is Chris, I'll just put you through to parts, can I take your name'...... phone answered quickly 'Hello this is Dave can I help you?..yes we can supply that for you ... may take a couple of days with the bank holiday..can I take your number and phone you when we get it in'

Just shows the difference in attitude of some dealers..as often cited by posters on this forum. I will take my car to Gordon's Wigan for servicing as they seem to care and I've not seen a bad comment about them here (yet)
