You will need 3 bolts and possibly a gasket ... if it doesn't come with one.

bolts are on the original cat surely? aswell as gaskets?
im more concerned about the cel light issue???

No and no ....

You may need an anti-fouling plug to sort out the secondary O2 sensor triggering the CEL light.

ow ok erm i will order bolts and gaskets then

does anyone sell the anti-foouling plug on here already drilled? i havent got the facility or equioment to do it

You used to be able to pick up pre-drilled anti-fouling plugs on ebay. You can sometimes get the gaskets there too.
