Default Dinked

Some git dinked my S in a car park. I always park out of the way avoiding all other cars, if possible. So why is it when I return to my car that there is someone parked next to me!!?!

The small dink is on the rear o/s wing which has a double skin and can't be fixed by Dent Devil etc.

Has anyone else had a dent in the same place and got it fixed for a reasonable price? I'm guessing Honda will charge around

It's infuriating, I know.

The whole wing will require spraying. Honda will probably want far more.

We used an independent on the Civic's wing/bumper. (A collection of parking misfortunes). He did an excellent job for about that money.

This drives me nuts, the other day in Sainsbury's car park I parked in a completely empty area right a the back. When I came out, some numpty had parked so close I could only just get the door open. Luckily my car wasn't damaged.

Why!!!!!!

People are just sheep, see a queue, join it, empty car park, park next to the only car in it. DUH!

You have my sympathy J, I'd be gutted.

... you might try parking across two spaces, this usually confuses them.

This is damned annoying, park miles away from anyone and some twat has to park next to you. Herding mentality, only explanation...

I'd be very wary of doing that.

Somebody will see flash motor purposely parked across two bays and probably see a little red. Words to the effect of "Who do this flash b@stard think he/she is ?" come to mind followed by a keying or similar vandalism.

Just saw stupid little bitch park a Ka.

She just misses Shitrun C5 in the next bay.

Takes three/four attempts to realign.

She's still way too close, so whacks driver's door into poor C5 in an attempt to squeeze out.

N/S of Ka was already fcuked up, presumably from a previous parking effort.

Dipshit.

By the time these morons squeeze themselves into and out of a tight space they could easily have walked the extra 30 seconds to an empty area of the car park

and parking across two spaces doesn't always work because some people are so stupid they think that's what you are meant to do and park across the two spaces next to you......... thereby being just as close as if you'd both parked normally

I seem to attract this also. I will leave the car parked away from most. When I return it is usually accompanied by an estate/MPV/4*4/soft roader/POS with baby seats in the rear on nearest side to my car!! bl**dy typical
