Or, as a quick and dirty check, look at the area swept by the pads, and compare it with a part of the disc that isn't swept by the pads, if there is a significant difference - they need renewing/skimming).

How do you rate the pads from Brakeparts.co.uk compared to the OEM ones?

I'm was going to order some from the marketplace/go fast labs....
