Default Dont do this !!!!!!!!!!

Not that anyone else would !!!

Last night saw a great dollop of bird sh*t on my bonnet of my cleanish car , not wanting to leave it there rooted around in my pocket and found some kitchen towel ' ah' me thinks 'that will so it must be ok to use on the car '...........well actually no as although I gentally rubbed the bonnet it scratched the fcuk out of my car

Managed to get most scratches out with a soft polishing cloth but may need some more attention , am I the only stupid guy to do this !!!

The best thing to do is pour warm water on it - so that it softens up. Leave it for a bit and then a bit more water. It should come straight off with a soft cloth.

Why do shiny cars often get bombed by friggin' birds ?

Issit coz the shiny surfaces get mistaken for bodies of water such as lakes ? Must have been some civic-minded bird

Went to see the mother in law in Painton (Devon)
When a seagull (The size of Big Bird from sesame street) dropped an unhealthy one on my bonnet. The sun promptly semi dried it.

Borrowed a non standard BLUE sponge and scrubbed hard.

The next day............ scratched to fcuk. Looked like someone had been spinning in high heels on my car.
Maybe a slight exaggeration, but ive hurt my S.

Some wax, hugging and kissing has helped. But its still there.............

Yup, I've been caught out that way too It's not a mistake you make twice though!

Meguiars ScratchX was good at helping to get rid of the resulting scratches. In the alternative, Zaino Z5 might help to hide them, I guess.
