I have only recently picked up my new S2000 (28th May 2003) and am still adjusting to it...
I have never owned a car as fast as this before (Parents had a Prelude 10 years ago that I would blast around in) or a rear wheel drive car before...
Anyone got any hand driving tips???
Also, guy in the garage said there was no real need to 'run in' the engine but I see in the manual instructions to stay under 5500rpm for the first 600 miles... who to believe???
Had the car a week now and have put 500 careful miles on it (took last week off as holiday ) and loving every second of it and with all this great weather the hard top has only been on the car long enough to drive home and setup the stand...

I would trust Honda over a dealer - best to stay under 5500 till past 600 miles.
RWD - just be careful on bends (especially in the wet), as the back end can yaw out (and be b!oody hard to catch). Whereas you can accelerate out of bends with FWD (the car gets dragged out), you could end up coming out of it backwards in the S. Same with all(?) RWD.
